Synopsis : The volume covers the quest of Doctor Ramzi Razem to locate the different individuals empowered by the mystical Noor stones and ensure that the parahuman abilities granted by the gems are used for the benefit of humanity. This agenda puts him and his students in permanent conflict with those who would use the power to further their own selfish goals, chief among whom stands Rughal, who once was a protector of the gems and the knowledge they contain and was made immortal by an attempt to absorb all the power of the Noor stones inside his own body.
