Synopsis :
Steam City is under attack by the wily Dr. Guilty! To stop this madman from wreaking any more havoc, Narutaki and Goriki must combine their strength against the (not so) good doctor and his new Megamaton—Shadow Bolt No. 3! Then, a little girl from the street, stumbles into Ling-Ling's hospital seeking a rare medicine to cure her illness. Narutaki teams up with Detective Onigawara to help him find the medicine, but not before criminals Wolf and Carlos highjack the zeppelin they're aboard!
